Properties managed by Genuine Property Management may be marketed through platforms such as Airbnb and Vrbo, as well as direct-booking channels or property-specific websites. The specific channels used depend on the property and the owner's preferences.
Genuine Property Management is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Airbnb, Vrbo, or any other booking platform. These platforms are independently operated. Our role is to manage your property — including coordinating how and where it is marketed — on your behalf.

Our vacation rental management fee is 15% of base rental revenue. The management fee includes day-to-day management services such as guest communication, reservation and calendar coordination, cleaning and turnover coordination, maintenance coordination, property oversight, and owner reporting.

Yes. If your property is already listed on Airbnb, Vrbo, or another booking channel, we can take over day-to-day management. We will work with you on the transition and handle management going forward.

No. There is no requirement to use any specific booking platform. Properties may be marketed through Airbnb, Vrbo, direct-booking channels, or a combination of these — based on your property and your preferences. Genuine Property Management is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Airbnb or Vrbo.
Can guests book directly without using Airbnb or Vrbo?
Yes. Direct bookings are supported. Some of our managed properties use their own direct-booking websites, and reservations can be coordinated outside of third-party platforms.
